1. About CreatoSuite
   CreatoSuite is a SaaS platform that provides AI-assisted tools for managing Instagram and Facebook DMs, detecting leads, generating replies, and creating promotional content.

2. Eligibility
   You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. Your use of CreatoSuite must comply with applicable laws.

3. Account Responsibilities
   You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Information provided must be accurate. Account sharing is not permitted except on approved agency plans.

4. Acceptable Use
   You agree not to violate Instagram or Facebook policies or use CreatoSuite for harmful, illegal, misleading, or abusive purposes. You may not reverse-engineer or damage the platform. Misuse may result in suspension or termination.

5. Subscriptions and Payments
   CreatoSuite operates on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled. Cancellations stop future billing but do not refund the current billing cycle. Pricing may change with notice.

6. Intellectual Property
   CreatoSuite owns all rights to the platform, software, and branding. You retain ownership of content and data you upload. You grant CreatoSuite permission to process your data solely to deliver platform features.

7. Service Availability
   We aim to maintain ongoing access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be discontinued at any time.

8. Data and Integrations
   By connecting Instagram or Facebook, you authorize CreatoSuite to access and process your messages for inbox management, AI replies, lead detection, and creative generation. We will not post on your behalf unless you enable automated replies.

9. Limitation of Liability
   CreatoSuite is provided “as is.” We are not liable for lost profits, missed opportunities, downtime, data loss, or issues caused by third-party platform changes. If you are dissatisfied, your remedy is to stop using the service.

10. Termination
    We may suspend or terminate your account for violations or misuse. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

11. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable regulations.
